As part of our vision to connect people with the law, we aspire to be a trusted partner, to go above and beyond expectations laid out by equality and human rights legislation to meet the needs of employees, customers, and the wider community we serve.

Propylon’s CSR activities

concentrate on four key pillars:

1. Charity and Community Engagement
Our Great Places to Work Committee is at the heart and soul of what drives our company spirit. They are empowered to make positive changes within the company and throughout our global communities. Engagement initiatives include:
  • Daffodil Day Bake-Off in aid of the Irish Cancer Society
  • Christmas Charity Campaign
  • Donation Matching Scheme
2. Employee Wellbeing
Prioritizing the wellbeing of our people and maintaining a motivated, engaged workforce is fundamental to our company culture and CSR aims within Propylon. We partner with our wellbeing provider to ensure supports are in place, and all employees are offered private health and dental insurance, fully covered by Propylon.
3. Environmental Protection​

Propylon is committed to reducing the impact our business has on the environment and encouraging our employees to take personal responsibility for engaging in environmentally-friendly practices. We are working on a number of initiatives including monthly Lunch-and-Learn seminars as well as promoting environmental campaigns and climate change initiatives through our volunteer time off scheme.

Fostering an inclusive working environment and ensuring equal opportunities exist for all employees is fundamental to our culture as well as to our business success.
