Paul McKeon

Paul McKeon is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Propylon. Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Bastow Charleton in 1989 and worked in a number of roles in Corporate Finance before becoming Propylon CEO in 2000. Paul is an experienced high technology entrepreneur and investor. Paul is also currently a non-executive director of Newbay Software, Kore Virtual Machines and AMCS Group. Paul is a founder Director of Mianach Venture Capital which has raised two funds and invested in a number of emerging Irish technology companies.

 

Sean Mcgrath

Sean is the CTO of Propylon. He has twenty five years of experience in the IT industry, most of it in the legal and regulatory publishing space. He holds a first class honors degree in Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin. He served as an invited expert to the W3C special interest group that created the XML standard. He is the author of three books on markup languages published in the Dr Charles F. Goldfarb Series on Open Information Management, published by Prentice Hall. Sean is based in Lawrence, Kansas where he lives with his wife and three children.

 

John Harrington

As VP of Professional Services for Propylon John has worked with numerous private and public sector organizations in developing project management methods to meet the needs of the organization and applying these methods for the successful delivery of projects. John is a member of the Project Management Institute and has worked with Propylon’s key clients including LexisNexis, Pennsylvania, Kansas and North Dakota State Legislatures. His key skills include experienced project management skills, strong analysis and design abilities and is an excellent communicator.

 

Mike Johnson

Mike is Vice President of Business Development, North America. Mike has more than 25 years experience in the business development and successful implementation of complex document, content and knowledge management solutions. Mike's experience includes participation in the 1st successful SGML implementation at the US Department of Defense. He has managed US Divisions at large content and knowledge management providers including Bertelsmann empolis & Capgemini. Mike has an Electrical Engineering Degree from the Franklin Institute of Technology.

 

Kieran Fitzpatrick

Kieran is Propylon's Chief Technical Architect. With over 10 years' experience delivering enterprise solutions, Kieran has been involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle. In his time at Propylon Kieran has designed and implemented solutions for a number of private and public sector clients. These solutions range from service oriented architecture, document management to N-tier systems. Kieran is responsible for ensuring LWB implementations adhere to Propylon's core architecture and principles.

 

Enda Deignan

Enda is responsible for the support and operations management of the business which he joined in 2005. He has over 20 years experience in all aspects of the project lifecycle with the focus in recent years on customer support, operations, service and relationship management.

His business and technical experience has been formed from direct support and service, client management, product development, project management and senior management positions within a number of IT companies.

He has been involved in providing services to a large number of companies in both the public and private sector in Ireland, UK and the US which include CIB, OHO, Office of the Attorney Gereral, DSFA, SFI and the Pennsylvania State Legislature.
